- The warranty for the needle line is only for 3 years.
- Weight gain/weight loss free editing (3-7kg depending on the customer) for three years.
- We will refund 100% for unused and unsatisfactory products from customers.
NOTE: Only applies to certain products such as suits, shirts and trousers.

2. Not applicable in cases

- The warranty does not apply to products beyond the warranty period.
- Not applicable to customers with improper maintenance and dry cleaning
- Failures due to external impact and other damage (such as fire, tear, chemical stick, etc.)
