The Peak Lapel

The peak lapel is a typical style in suits, outerwear, and coats. This style is often associated with vintage fashion and more formal occasions.

The Notch Lapel

Notched lapels are one of the most popular lapel styles in circulation. In fact, they can be found on most blazers, sports jackets, and most business suits.

The Shawl lapel

Generally, the shawl lapel is considered one of the most formal coat styles. This is mainly because it is almost exclusively used for tuxedo coats and traditional evening parties. In these cases, the collar is usually a satin or grosgrain material that contrasts slightly with the jacket fabric. Lapels are typically black, but not always.
